When we work with you, we’ll draw on the specific skills of a range of talented people across our team. But to keep things simple, all this activity will be coordinated by just one specialist consultant. Your single point of contact, they’ll manage your project from start to finish, first working with you to develop the brief and discuss the best methods of working, then seeing the project through to completion.

Four steps to success

We take a methodical and thorough approach to each project, breaking the process into four distinct steps:

1. Plan

This stage includes supplying detailed wire frame diagrams, site maps and internal technical specifications, plus detailed project timing and development plans.

2. Design

We work to Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Level 2 standards. Our designs can easily be adapted for different internet-enabled devices with appropriate style sheets. We supply and discuss design concepts, and prepare CSS style sheets and CMS templates for managed pages. We also provide branding of our CMS if required and HTML templates for applications.

3. Develop

All applications and software modifications are developed and supported in-house. All code, databases and templates are integrated and tested in house.

4. Deploy

This stage includes loading content into the CMS; integrating with client systems, final testing on a development site and live site launch. We can also provide you with our own in-house IT team to help make the transition to live launch as smooth as possible.
