Lateral Group have come a long way in nearly 6 years following our first acquisition of Howitt in February 2004.

Thanks to our clients it has grown to £54m of revenues and employing over 400 people. The company offers products and services for both traditional offline communications through Howitt and online communications with our other divisions Data Lateral and Shift Click in addition to print management and procurement software solutions through Dialogue Solutions. This has provided us with an enviable reputation in the customer communications market place. At Lateral Group we always want to ensure that we continually evolve our business to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our clients.

In line with this commitment to innovation we are pleased to announce that Jason Cromack will take over my role as Chief Executive of Lateral Group in January 2010. I will move to the full time role of Group Executive Chairman.

Jason will join Lateral Group, the parent company of Howitt, Dialogue Solutions, Data Lateral and Shift Click, in January 2010. Jason will report directly to myself and work closely with me to continue to drive the delivery of a multi-channel strategy for the Group and develop our business process outsourcing strategy.

Jason comes to the Group with an outstanding career history and senior level industry experience. He was previously CEO of TripleArc Plc and AccessPlus, and Managed Services Development Director of office2office plc. In his previous roles Jason demonstrated his abilities in raising funds for acquisitions as well as helping to set the trend for technology led solutions in the print management sector.

The Managing Directors of our subsidiary businesses will report directly to Jason. Those people being, Vincent Gidley as Managing Director of Howitt, Ruaraidh Thomas as MD of Data Lateral and Shift Click, and Jeremy Walters as MD of Dialogue Solutions.
