Vinny has 23 years experience in manufacturing and print, beginning his career in reprographics. In 1995 he joined K2, becoming Group Production Director, before leaving to join Howitt and the Lateral Group board in 2008. Since joining he has driven a number of investments in technology across all divisions. Appointed as Managing Director of Howitt in 2009, he retains his responsibilities as Group Operations Director.

As Group Operations Director he continues to implement best practice and solution-based thinking across all three of the Lateral Group businesses.

Away from the office, Vinny can be found at Old Trafford, cheering on Manchester United. He is also a keen walker and photographer.
