
Over 17 years in the direct marketing industry have allowed Ruaraidh to develop an in-depth understanding of the marketing services industry and the requirements of its users. He has particular experience in programme delivery across the retail, telco and financial services sectors and an extensive knowledge of the way in which data can be used to drive multi-channel campaigns in both acquisition and retention marketing.
A founding director of Lateral Group, Ruaraidh believes completely in using data as a key driver in the path to full integration of traditional and new media/digital communication channels to drive the most effective results for clients.
Ruaraidh is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
